The Jecna residential house has eight flats of various sizes. They are furnished to a luxury standard. All the flats are air-conditioned and suitable for a daily or extended stay. All windows are double-glazed and incorporating the sound-proofing layer. All flats are fitted with a security system. safety doors, safe, house telephone, TV with satellite aerial and digital radio. All floors are accessible by the lift. Each flat has a kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, glass cooking hob with a digester, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washing basin, bidet, toilet and there is a washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a hair dryer. Cleaning of the flats and common areas are done by the house service.
